2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the type and stage of the service. Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:
- Project Cancellation by Client: If you decide to cancel a project prior to its commencement, a full refund may be issued, minus any administrative fees.
- Incomplete Projects: For projects canceled by the client after they have started, we may issue a partial refund based on the amount of work completed up to the cancellation date.
- Delayed Deliverables: In the case of significant delays caused solely by Go Think Digital, we may offer a partial refund or service credit.
- Non-Delivery of Services: If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services, a full or partial refund may be issued based on the situation.
Note: Refunds will not be issued for completed services once all deliverables have been approved by the client.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are generally non-refundable:
- Consultation Fees: Any fees paid for initial consultations or strategic planning sessions are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
- Digital Marketing and SEO Services: Due to the nature of digital marketing and SEO, which are time-sensitive and based on results over time, no refunds are provided after the service commences.
- Design Services: Any graphic design work that has been approved by the client is non-refundable.
4. Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at Info@gothinkdigital.com with the following information:
- Client Name
- Project Details
- Reason for Refund Request
- Proof of Payment
Our team will review your request within [5-10] business days and provide a resolution. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.
5. Modifications and Revisions
If you are not satisfied with a deliverable, we offer revisions as per the agreed-upon project scope. Please note that any modifications outside of the initial project scope may incur additional charges. We will inform you of any potential costs before proceeding with the requested revisions.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your project at any stage, but please be aware that refunds will be based on the terms outlined in this policy. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to Info@gothinkdigital.com.
